About
Currently, I work for the Department of the Navy as a Program Manager, over the past 20 years I have trained and developed Government personnel on systematic programs. My experience includes Business Management, Government Training, Human Resources, and Certified Nonprofit Organizations Consultant. I hold a Doctorate in Christian Theology, a Master's in Theology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Workforce – Education – Development from Southern Illinois University. I am the Founder of Yes2Succes Consultant, LLC, and Co-Founder of two Nonprofit Organizations WIN4Life and Teen Focus Community Development.
My speaking style is motivational, practical, and informative. I believe if we “Utilize what we have and maximize what we know" we can grow. My heart's desire is to see a change in those who are desiring to make the change. Currently, I reside in Pensacola, Florida with my husband Kevin, and two wonderful children, Terik and Trinity.
